1. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site (logos, product images, guides) is owned by SmartPetTools and protected by copyright.

  • You may not reproduce our smart feeder designs or APP interfaces without written permission.

2. Product Purchases

2.1 Order Acceptance

  • Your order is confirmed only when we send a shipping confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items (e.g., smart feeders with cameras).

2.2 Returns & Refunds

  • 30-Day Trial: Return unused Products within 30 days for a full refund (excludes shipping fees).

  • Damaged Items: Contact [company@smartpettools.com] within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer our smart pet feeders or APP software.

  • Use Products for non-pet purposes (e.g., industrial dispensing).

  • Resell Products without wholesale authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • SmartPetTools is not liable for:

    • Pet health issues caused by improper feeder use (e.g., overfeeding).

    • WiFi/APP malfunctions due to user’s network conditions.

  • Maximum liability: Product purchase price.

5. Dispute Resolution
